Through this process I will teach you how you can eat the foods you love and need with balance for a lifetime.

I can't wait to officially get "started" on October 16th! But, before we can dive in, let's take care of a few housekeeping items, so we're ready to go by then!Ā Ā

  1. First, please fill out this lifestyle questionnaire so I can calculate your custom macro count! Macros will be calculated in the order in which completed questionnaires are received.Ā Ā Ā

  1. Next, request to join the private Facebook group! All group communication, live Q&As, links/educational posts, and video lessons will live in this group! I will start accepting requests on MONDAY, January 1st for our warmup/welcome week! No one will be admitted before. We will spend this time on introductions, going through the onboarding documents together, etc.

The OFFICIAL start date, 1/8/23Ā  will mark the beginning of 6 weeks of true coaching, educational content, etc.Ā Ā Ā

  1. All documents and deliverables for coaching can be found in your client portal.Ā Ā 

This includes:

  • The Group Coaching Manual - This contains all FAQs for group coaching, guidelines for the facebook group, etc. This also contains instructions for those who selected a check-in upgrade, links for the facebook group & the questionnaire, as well as a walk through of your progress tracker.
  • The Fit N’ Eats Manual - basically a macros & training encyclopedia! Pages and pages of the most common questions about macros, personal training,Ā  how to use My Fitness Pal to your greatest advantage, sample meals/days of eating, my favorite macro friendly products, grocery lists, & more!
  • My Macro Fast Food Guide
  • Grocery guides
  • Meal prep guideĀ 
  • Travel meal guide
  • Journaling Printable - not required to use by any means, but definitely goes along with a lot of the mindset work we will be discussing along the way! If you don't want to print, feel free to use the concept of it in your own notebook!
  1. Ā Create a MyFitnessPal account online and/or download the app. Add me as a friend @CoachKeneika & make your Diary, PUBLIC.

(Settings > Diary settings > Diary sharing > Public )

  1. START TRACKING! Log everything you eat for the next 5 days in My Fitness Pal; please be honestĀ  and log everything. Sauces, grazing, bites & don’t change how you eat!!!! Eat like you normally do. I want to see where your metabolism is RIGHT NOW.

  1. Ā Set up your Fit N’ Eats account. You will receive a notification from Fit N’ Eats via email to set up your account. Please make sure ALL notifications for aree on. This is where your custom program will be & how I am able to hold you accountable.
