I am trying really hard with my workouts & diet but nothing is working.
I have no idea what to do for my body & my goals. There’s too much information out there.
I began to make progress but hit a plateau & no longer am making progress.
I haven’t tried to do anything for a really long time. I need you to believe in me because I’m not sure i believe in myself anymore.
I feel like I’m doing pretty good but I’m ready to take things to the next level.

I have a hard time sticking to a diet.
I can stick to a diet, they just always stop working after a certain point & then i quit.
I have no problem putting in the work, i just don’t know what i need to do.
I have a hard time trusting the process & need to understand my plan more.
I don’t have the right knowledge. The overload of information is keeping me from doing anything.
I have a hard time committing & need a lot of support & accountability.
